We are a reputable full service Estate Sale company. We work throughout the province of Alberta and we’re based in Calgary. Our work takes us to the rural areas as well. We conduct the sale of both house and contents usually within 3 -4 days. Our sales are well organized, well run and very well attended. We have good success selling 80 – 95% of the house & content. Let our team work for you. We can also work with members of the family or independently.

We can manage everything from sorting, tossing, pricing, display, marketing, and advertising. Tables, sign rentals, and supplies are also available. We care about your needs and get the job done. Settling an estate can be emotionally and physically demanding. Let us help!

For Estate Dispersal

We will help protect the value of your possessions by photographing and recording the inventory of your appraised items. In the event of a disaster or break-in you have physical proof of the existence of your possession and its value.

We can create a computer disc from the information gathered so you can store the disc in a safety deposit box.

You have a record of your possessions safe from fire, floods, and theft, and as legal evidence of their value for Insurance adjusters and financial portfolios.

We can include names of beneficiaries and make copies for your Executor.

Relieve the stress of which items to dispose of from yourself and beneficiaries as well as the the emotional drain. Find out what your treasures are worth, this will help you decide to whom you bequeath your possessions.

We will print copies of the document for family members and beneficiaries and have them organized in a handy binder.
